Obituary of Frank A. Farina
Frank A. Farina, age 42, of Stony Point, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.
Frank was a graduate of Albertus Magnus High School and employed as a Corrections Officer for the Rockland County Sheriff's Department for the past 10 years. Frank was the child of Manuel and the late Maureen Farina. He is survived by his wife Jennifer of Stony Point; his children Matthew and Ava; sisters: Maureen (Sal) Falesto, and Annette (Les) Lowther; nephews: Michael Lowther, Declan O'Brien, Tristan Brennan, Lucas and James Falesto; nieces: Kayla Falesto, Isabelle Brennan, Lauren and Alyssa Lowther.
Frank brightened the lives of all he touched. He dedicated his life to his family with whom he loved very much.
Frank's family will receive friends on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 1-9 PM at T.J. McGOWAN SONS FUNERAL HOME, 71 N. Central Highway, GARNERVILLE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Frank on Tuesday, November 21 at 11 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, Stony Point, with interment to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Frank's memory to the National Law Enforcement Officers Fund.
